Dave Sprague has been a licensed contractor in Ohio since 1996, founding his first electrical contracting business in that same year. With over three decades of experience in electrical construction, general contracting, and various trades, Dave formed Buckeye contractors in 2015, later partnering with Greg Bertison.

Greg Bertison is a seasoned commercial real estate and construction professional with more than three decades of experience, ranging across commercial real estate, construction, and development. He specializes in design build, multi-site programs, and ground-up construction.

MANAGING SUPERINTENDENT

With over 40 years in the construction industry, Chuck Speakman began his career as a welder and ironworker before moving to full project management and superintendent roles. He has successfully managed projects for OhioHealth hospitals, Piketon Uranium Enrichment Plant, and many pharmaceutical and manufacturing facilities.

ELECTRICAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Chuck Flohr has been an electrician since obtaining his master electric license in 2007. With three decades of experience, Chuck has supervised multi-site projects, alongside hundreds of residential and commercial sites.

FIELD OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, JJ Szanati began his career as a trim carpenter with a custom home builder before moving on to more dynamic spaces. He gained extensive experience on fast-paced, detail-driven commercial projects across Ohio. With over two years on our team, he brings decades of hands-on experience, versatility, and on-site quality control.

OPERATIONS & ACCOUNT MANAGER

Marnee Sprague brings several years of experience managing payroll and accounts for small businesses in Central Ohio. She manages day-to-day operations as well as company organization and communication across all departments.

Allee Sprague is a young professional with three years of experience managing critical business tasks and project operations.
